Do’s

  • Hot fomentation may alleviate the pain
  • Practise yoga and pranayama
  • Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly with water to detain harmful pesticides
  • Have a high fibrous diet
  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Stay hydrated by drinking adequate water

Don’ts

  • Avoid alcohol and smoking
  • Avoid caffeine and refined sugar items
  • Do not ignore the aforementioned symptoms for a long time.
