• Make your child urinate before going to bed
  • In some cases, awake your child 2-3 hours after sleep or in early morning for urination
  • Use a vibrating alarm during sleep
  • Be supportive and discuss the problem with your child


  • Avoid scolding your child for bed-wetting
  • Try to limit the fluid intake in latter part of the day
  • Avoid consuming caffeinated drinks
