Do’s

  • Drink plenty of water
  • In case of migraine attack, consume 3 glasses of cold water or warm water and try to lie down in a dark room.
  • Eat a balanced diet
  • Increase the intake of omega-3 fatty rich acid reach foods
  • Limit the intake of carbohydrates

Don’ts

  • Do not each too much sweet food items
  • Do not eat at odd times
  • Avoid long intervals between the meals
  • Avoid getting out in the sun
  • Avoid taking frequent pain killers and oral contraceptives
  • Refrain yourself form strong smelling perfumes, deodorants and detergents
