It is also a leading cause of disability among millions of people around the globe. Lower back pain in our body reduces our work capacity and also its agony and twinge turns our daily life into a misery.

According to a recent Health care survey, almost 85 per cent of the people suffer from low back pain issues at some point of time in their lives. The chances of being attacked by back pain gets higher with increasing ages and women are more prone to this disorder than males.
