Do’s

  • Have an optimum balanced diet loaded with right amount of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.
  • Exercise regularly
  • Have an adequate sleep
  • Practise pranayama to lower down your stress levels
  • Take short breaks during long working hours

Don’ts

  • Avoid strenuous exercise
  • Don’t surround yourself with negative thoughts
  • Do not take pain-killers too frequently and most importantly consult your doctor and avoid self-medication.
