- Have an optimum balanced diet loaded with right amount of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.
- Exercise regularly
- Have an adequate sleep
- Practise pranayama to lower down your stress levels
- Take short breaks during long working hours
- Avoid strenuous exercise
- Don’t surround yourself with negative thoughts
- Do not take pain-killers too frequently and most importantly consult your doctor and avoid self-medication.
