It is fungal infection caused by the TRICHOPHYTON group of fungi which includes T.rubrum and T.mentagrophytes. These microorganisms thrive on moist and warm skin and they feed on the skin protein,Keratin.

- Scrathing, rubbing or squeezing the blisters results in further wide-spread infections.
