Summer, the fun time of kids have been changed to long boring hours. People don’t even dare to step out to the sun these days - being scared of dehydration, sunburn, UTA and so on.

Cut back your drinking habits. Please do not take excess coffee, the body will not be happy with your drinking habits. Instead try some fresh juices to stay healthy this summer. Don’t heat up your body with beverages. All you need is a perfect drink to chill your body and these beverages can never help you for that.
  • Grab your Sunscreen during your Trips/Outings
Your body need an extra protection to prevent the harmful UV rays, sunburn and skin rashes. Sunscreens or sun creams would help you. Make it a habit to use them whenever you step out. Natural sunscreens are also available around. In fact aloe vera gel is a good sunscreen which ensures deep protection from UV rays.
  • Kitchen Remedies
Your kitchen is a treasure box. Just go, begin your search for fenugreek seeds. Soak them in water overnight and try having it on every morning. You can see the miracle of having a calm and relaxed body.
