Our current lifestyle is more complicated that every year more than 10 million cases regarding obesity are reported in India. Everybody would love to have a chubby figure but never ever an unhealthy one. But still our habits haven’t changed. We still stick on to our high five lifestyle and risks our life.
  • Food is a Big Factor
Life has changed with the innovative ideas of technology. Even the food that we used to cook at home are now easily available at our doorstep under the title ‘Home-Delivery’. Life has been so easy and there is only a minimal requirement of physical labour which influenced the easygoing aspects of life.
 
Techies who preferably spend around 9 hours before the computer lives with the ‘junk food’ mania as they don’t have any spare time to have proper food. Once they step out of the office after a shift, all they look for is a restaurant to have some fast-food and to get into a peaceful sleep. Similar is the case of many. People look for night restaurants, night parties and eat all those high cholesterol stuffs. This is their routine and finally become victims of obesity. Why do you people forget that your body need some ways to burn the fats to stay healthy?
  • Get Proper Sleep
Another major issue concerning obesity is the lack of sufficient sleep. Nowadays kids and adults tends to stay up late with their entertaining factors - be it video games, WhatsApp, Facebook, or something of the same kind. They find it relaxing but they forget the fact that their body need some rest. The late night parties has also caused sleeping disorder. One who couldn't get adequate sleep will have troubles with the body mechanisms and its proper functioning.
  • Kids are Safe at Home
This misconception is holded by almost 90% of parents. Yes, in a way it’s true that kids are safe when they are in front of you. But what actually you do is ridiculous when things are concerned with health. You make your kids stay at home in front of the television or computer watching an action movie or a game station with delicious yummy-junky foods. All they have to do is to sit quietly engaging themselves either in the game or the movie. They lack physical activities and that’s are really an issue causing obesity.

Relaxing.. Fun time.. Enjoyment.. Everything leads to parties with drinks. Teenagers too have developed the taste to include drinks for their get together. The problem is that you will start having a bloated tummy sooner.

Genes and hormones do have some role in your weight gain. Hereditary genes can affect your body patterns.
  • Sweets are not always that Sweet
If you have the problems of obesity, you definitely need to take a break from sweets and oily foods. Sweets adds on unhealthy calories which is really bad for health. In addition, use sugar-free drinks.
  • Take a Light Meal at Night
Ayurveda prescribes that a light meal at night is the best way of treating obesity. Never go to bed after having a good round of dinner. Light meals at night helps in proper digestion. Don’t ever go to sleep immediately after having food, take a walk and spend some time engaging yourself in some other activities.
 
Obesity is a lifestyle disorder and if you really take care of your dietary habits, you could easily get through the trouble of having a fatty body. There are many natural ways to get rid off Obesity. Mostly the disease is self-diagnosable and self-treatable.
