About Kidney Stone
Kidney Stone is formed due to crystallization of minerals and waste materials found in urine. In Ayurveda, it is known as ‘Vrukka Ashmari’. It is caused due to improper diet, doing excessive physical work, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, drinking too little water, diet. The symptoms include nausea, vomiting, acute pain, fever, bleeding through the urinary tract. Ayurvedic treatment of Kidney Stone involves the use of diuretic and stone-dissolving herbs in acute cases. The system is then cleaned and strengthened using toning and rejuvenating preparations. Panchakarma therapy is a very effective means of cleansing the body internally in order to help it regain strength.
