About Tooth Ache
Toothache is also known as ‘dantshool’ in ayurveda. The word toothache refers to the pain around the jaws or the teeth. This may include gum diseases, cracked tooth, an exposed tooth root, dental cavity. It may be caused due to tooth decay, abscessed tooth, tooth fracture, a damaged filling. Symptoms of a toothache may include tooth pain, swelling around the tooth, fever or headache, foul-tasting drainage from the infected tooth. Many herbal formulae are very useful for the toothache.
